Nearly a year after the first act, "a common commitment for climate agreements", the Mediterranean Act II of the Future was held on November 12th and 13th, 2018 at the Villa Méditerranée, in Marseille and organized by the region SUD - Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur.
For this new edition, youth and innovation were at the center of the debates, which took the form of workshops and round tables. Backdrop of the Mediterranean Future, a central theme: how to work together to create a favorable environment for youth and innovation in the Mediterranean? We had the chance to participate in the workshop "Innovation and Employability: Training Youth to Think Differently" moderated by Sylvie Daviet, Vice-President of the International Relations Department of AMU. The SATELIT project was represented by Nadia Ykhlef, Vice-President of External Relations, Cooperation, Communication, Scientific Events at the Mentouri University of Constantine in Algeria in front of an audience receptive to the objectives of the project as well as the work done since its beginning.
